As a gold sponsor, you will be provided with one media display on the Atrium wall. This is comprised of four 55” HD monitors in 2x2 configurations. Please send all display materials to Diana@packageinsight.com no later than October 29th

Resolution: 4K (3840px X 2160px) or Full HD (1920px X 1080px) minimum
Audio: Audio is not recommended for this event
Optional Design Tip:
Keep in mind that between each 55” monitor there is a 1/4” black bezel. Having text run directly through the middle of your video or image means a black line will cut through the letters.

Your sponsorship package includes 4 tickets. Any additional attendees must purchase tickets at full price
Booth space includes a banquet table 30” by 6’
You may bring stand up signage but nothing can be attached to the walls and signs must be positioned behind the booth, not to the side
White tablecloths will be provided but customized company tablecloths are encouraged if you have them
You may set up your booth space in the Watt Center on November 7th between 9am and 3pm
Booths may be moved or readjusted during lunch set up
Please let us know as soon as possible if you will require power at your booth
If you have not done so, please let us know the name and contact info of all attendees as soon as possible.
Materials shipped prior to the event will be brought to the Watt Center by the event coordinators

Your sponsorship package includes a private conference room to use throughout the event. The event coordinators will be happy to schedule a private lunch with attendees of your choosing. You will be able to choose these attendees 2 weeks in advance. Please note that this conference room will not hold more than 8 comfortably.
